Film Looks
Our Film Looks are powered by custom-built LUTs with exceptionally smooth response curves. This allows you to grade beneath the LUT without breaking the color space or introducing banding and artifacts. They’re technically solid, carefully engineered for color fidelity and dynamic range.
Inspired by classics like Kodak 2383 and Fujifilm 3513, our Emulation Looks work across all types of footage (Log & rec.709 from any camera)
Adjustments

Color Density
Color control without the mess. Our 6-vector system lets you adjust Red, Green, Blue, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow independently, while our Skintone slider gives you full control over how skin looks in your scene.
Boost saturation for the whole frame and dial back skintones for that cinematic, punchy-but-natural vibe. No more orange faces when pushing colors to the limit.
Halation
Halation is that glowing red spill you see around bright areas in analog film. Caused by light bouncing off the film base and bleeding into darker parts.
You can’t fake that with LUTs, but we built a real halation engine that lets you control intensity, threshold, hue and boost.

Bloom
Create that dreamy, lifted glow without screwing a Pro Mist onto your lens.
Our digital Bloom lets you soften highlights right in post, giving you way more control than with physical filters. Adjust strength and radius in real time and add depth to your shots with zero commitment on set.
Film Grain
EMUL8 uses real-time grain simulation based on 16mm, 35mm, and 65mm stocks.
Adjust grain separately in highlights, midtones, and shadows as well es Chroma.
One of our key tools is the Film Resolution slider. It reduces the harsh digital sharpness of your footage, creating a softer, more natural and film-like image.
